  • What will my Kit come in?

    Your workout clothes and shoes will be delivered in a Routinely drawstring bag labeled with your name

  • Where does Routinely deliver to?

    Anywhere in Manhattan!

    If you are ordering directly to a studio or gym, your Kit will be waiting for you with the front desk.

  • When will my Kit be delivered?

    Your Kit will be delivered within the one hour time slot you selected when ordering. We deliver from 7am-7pm on weekdays and from 10am-9pm on weekends.

  • How do I return my Kit?

    Pack everything but the socks into the prepaid provided mailing supplies and drop off anywhere that accepts USPSorFedEx packages by up to 3 business days after your original delivery date. We handle the laundry!

    Please don't use FedEx Express drop boxes since they currently don't accept our prepaid packaging!

    For hotel orders: simply leave with the hotel front desk on your pickup day!

  • Do I have to pay for shipping?

    Return shipping is free! We provide a prepaid return mailer in every Kit.

  • What if I lose the mailing supplies?

    If you lose the mailing supplies we provided you are responsible for returning your Kit at your own expense. Returns should be sent to the following address:

  • Are there any late fees if I don't mail my Kit in time?

    If you do not mail back your Kit by 3 business days after your original delivery date, you will be charged a late fee of $5 per day.

    If we do not received your Kit 15 business days after your original delivery date you will be charged the full retail price of all rented items, less any late fees paid.

  • Can I order individual items?


    Men's options: short-sleeve shirt, shorts, new socks, and Nike Free RN shoes

    Women's options: tank top, sports bra, leggings, new socks, new hair tie, and Nike Free RN shoes

  • How much does Routinely cost?

    $10 for a full Kit, $8 for a Kit without shoes, and $6 for individual items

    You can reserve a specific brand of clothing for an extra $2

  • What brands do you carry?

    We are partnered with Lululemon, Outdoor Voices, Wolaco, and Myles Apparel, but also carry Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and Rhone.

  • Can I keep the clothing or shoes?

    Not at this moment. However, we plan to offer this in the future!

  • Will I get status updates on my order?

    You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. We will send you a text when your delivery is on its way!

  • What if my clothes don't fit?

    Call / text us at (347) 380-6725 or email us at and we'll try to send you a new Kit ASAP or make sure you get the appropriate refund

  • How do you clean your clothing and shoes?

    We partner with the highest quality commercial laundry services and use leading-edge cleaning technologies for shoes to ensure a fresh and clean experience every time. Also - socks are brand new and yours to keep!

  • What happens if something is lost or damaged?

    We know accidents sometimes happen. Our professional cleaners can fix small stains and minor damage at no charge. If an item is no longer usable, or you don't return all of the items, you will be charged for the retail price of those items.

  • What if I have a problem with my order?

  • Can I cancel an order?
