  • Can I order if I've already checked in to my hotel?

    Yes! Select today as the delivery date and choose an available time slot.

  • Where do I pick up my Kit?

    Refer to your confirmation email and ask hotel staff for a black duffel bag labeled with your name.

  • Where do I leave my Kit when my trip ends?

    Refer to your confirmation email and leave your Kit with hotel staff by 8pm on your selected pickup date. Tell hotel staff someone from Routinely will be picking it up and we'll take it from there!

  • Can I customize my Kit?

    Not right now, but eventually!

    Currently, every Kit comes with activewear, socks, and shoes. We also offer resistance bands, a yoga mat, and protein bars as optional

    Men: short-sleeve shirt, shorts, socks, and running shoes

    Women: tank top, sports bra, leggings, socks, hair tie, and running shoes

  • Do you only deliver to hotels?

    At the moment, yes. We currently deliver to all hotels in Manhattan. Stay tuned as we start delivering to studios / gyms and grow into new markets...

  • What hours does Routinely deliver?

    We offer delivery time slots from 9am-9pm, 7 days a week.

  • Can I keep the clothing or shoes?

    Not at this moment. However, we plan to offer this in the future!

  • What if my clothes don't fit?

    Email us at or call / text us at (347) 380-6725 and we'll try to send you a new Kit ASAP or make sure you get the appropriate refund. Don't forget to update your sizing preferences on your profile so we get you the right fit next time!

  • How do you clean your clothing and equipment?

    We partner with the highest quality commercial laundry services and use leading-edge cleaning technologies to ensure a fresh and clean experience every time.

  • What happens if something is lost or damaged?

    We don't expect you to hold back during your workouts and we know accidents sometimes happen. Our professional cleaners can fix small stains and minor damage at no charge. If an item is no longer usable, or you don't return all of the items, you will be charged for the retail price of those items.

  • What if I have a problem with my order?

  • Can I cancel an order?
